Flanagan Industries’ dedication to finding solutions to the challenges facing our customers emerges from the vision of the company’s founders, Jim and Tom Flanagan.

Today, the company is a world-class manufacturer of aerospace and land-based gas turbine components marketed around the world, however, our modest beginning was in producing handcrafted ornamental copper bowls and jewelry. Using the basement of their parents’ home as their first “Factory”, Tom handled the business details while Jim supervised a team of veterans turned craftsmen. A 1946 newspaper article from that time credits much of the company’s success to the individualized attention given to each customer and quoted Tom as saying, “We try to give people what they want.”

Though hammers have been replaced by state of the art machine tools, the philosophy of total customer satisfaction established by our founders over five decades ago remains as the cornerstone of our business.

Now, as the second generation meets the challenges and changing needs of the future, we pay homage to the rich history and strong values established by Jim and Tom. Embracing this honesty and dependability, superior quality and exceptional customer service, we continue our commitment to exceed our customer’s expectations.
